Well another fast year gone by. The biggest change we've seen this year was fairly predictable...talking. Cooper could say Ho Ho Ho and Apple a year ago and now he talks endlessly! He also finds himself very funny and often laughs at his comments and likes to add the phrase "just
kiddin" after he says something funny. He has probably spent half of this year pretending to be one animal or another. He started off as a cat, meowing first thing in the morning and licking himself clean, that lasted the longest. There were several others in between but right now he's usually a baby
giraffe who is quit
wobbly when he walks. I usually play along and he's pretty funny, except the one time he went into full on mean lion at
Costco, I did have to put a stop to that! Good times!
The kids and I did our first hike into a waterfall, I'm sure it's only about 100 yards or so from the parking lot, but took about 20 minutes to hike in! We saw snakes, crawdads and lots of lizards. Thanks goodness daddy wasn't there he would have freaked out!
So who knew there would be little to no snow left in Idaho City in April...but don't worry we found a couple of patches to get in some last minute sledding before summer comes.
Oh you forget how fast they change...puppy's and kids! Our cute little Caillou is 8 months old now.
Where did our puppy go?? Cooper now says he's a daddy doggy! He is now our big dog but usually still really sweet...usually. This is how I normally catch the kids playing with him. Cooper snuggling him and Lexi riding him like a horse!
